Sayaji Hotel Raipur Appoints Rajendra Singh as Executive Chef
Sayaji Hotel Raipur has announced the appointment of Rajendra Singh as Executive Chef, bringing on board a hospitality professional with more than 24 years of experience in the food and beverage sector.
Throughout his career, Singh has worked with several hospitality brands, including Taj Hotels, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, ITC Hotels Limited and Sayaji Resorts and Spa Udaipur, where he most recently served as Executive Chef.
His experience covers culinary leadership, menu planning, kitchen operations, food quality management, team development and the implementation of new dining concepts.
In his new role at Sayaji Hotel Raipur, Singh will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu development, kitchen management, quality standards and guest dining experiences. He will also work closely with the food and beverage team to support the hotel’s dining offerings.
The hotel management welcomed Singh to the team, noting that his industry experience and culinary expertise would contribute to the property’s ongoing food and beverage initiatives.
Commenting on his appointment, Singh said he looks forward to working with the team and creating engaging dining experiences for guests while introducing new culinary ideas and menu offerings.
With extensive experience across luxury and upscale hospitality brands, Singh’s appointment marks a new chapter for the culinary team at Sayaji Hotel Raipur.
