Novotel Mumbai International Airport Appoints Anjum Sheikh as Front Office Manager

Novotel Mumbai International Airport has announced the appointment of Anjum Sheikh as its new Front Office Manager.
Anjum Sheikh brings over 13 years of experience in front office operations and guest services, with a focus on operational efficiency, team leadership and guest satisfaction. She holds expertise in front office operations, leading high-performing teams and elevating service standards.
In her new role at Novotel Mumbai, Anjum will oversee front office functions, aiming to enhance service delivery and streamline guest experiences at the hotel.
Prior to this appointment, Anjum held roles at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Grand Hyatt Mumbai and Trident Nariman Point, where she was involved in strengthening service standards and managing front office operations.
