Qatar Airways has confirmed the resumption of scheduled flights between Doha and several destinations across the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates and Syria.

From 23 April 2026, the airline will operate daily flights to Dubai (DXB) and Sharjah (SHJ). A daily service to Damascus (DAM) is scheduled to begin on 1 May 2026.

These services form part of a phased restoration of the airline’s network, following an earlier update in April confirming plans to operate flights to more than 150 destinations worldwide from 16 June 2026.

Passengers are advised to check the airline’s official website or mobile application for the latest updates and to ensure their contact details are accurate.

Travellers holding confirmed bookings for travel between 28 February and 15 September 2026 may benefit from the following options:

  • Complimentary date changes to a new travel date up to 31 October 2026, subject to availability and fare conditions
  • Additional fee-free changes for flights affected by schedule adjustments
  • Refund of the unused ticket value, with processing times of up to 28 working days
