APPOINTMENT
Novotel Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Satyam Varma as its new Director of Revenue.
Satyam brings over six years of experience in revenue management, analytics, and commercial strategy, having worked with leading hospitality brands and consultancies including Marriott International, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL – Taj Group), and ZS Associates.
Over the course of his career, Satyam has managed revenue strategy for single hotels, clustered portfolios, and multi-market operations. His experience includes the launch and stabilization of a new hotel, leadership of revenue and reservations functions.
In his role at Novotel Ahmedabad, Satyam’s responsibilities will include strengthening distribution efficiency, improving forecasting accuracy and budget discipline, and applying market intelligence to enhance competitive positioning. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, he will ensure that revenue strategies are aligned with market dynamics and executed consistently across all channels.
Satyam holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Management and is a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) from HSMAI.
