Crowne Plaza Lucknow Appoints Sachin Bhardwaj as Operations Manager

Crowne Plaza Lucknow, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ portfolio in India, has announced the appointment of Sachin Bhardwaj as Operations Manager. With over 16 years of experience in hospitality operations, Sachin will oversee day-to-day functions, strengthen brand positioning, and focus on enhancing the guest experience.

His career includes leadership roles with hospitality groups such as Accor, Marriott, The Lalit, and IHG. Over the years, he has gained expertise in operational efficiency, team development, and service delivery across a range of properties.

Crowne Plaza Lucknow, located on the Lucknow-Varanasi Road, also marks IHG’s 50th hotel in India, highlighting the brand’s continued growth in the country.
