Prasenjit Paul Appointed Executive Housekeeper at Mementos by ITC Hotels Ekaaya Udaipur

ITC Hotels Ltd. has appointed Prasenjit Paul as Executive Housekeeper at Mementos by ITC Hotels Ekaaya Udaipur. With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality sector, he brings operational knowledge and team leadership experience to his new role.

Over the years, Prasenjit has worked with brands including Vivanta by Taj Whitefield, ITC Gardenia Bengaluru, ITC Royal Bengal, ITC Sonar Kolkata, and Welcomhotel Bhubaneswar. In these roles, he has overseen housekeeping operations, service training and quality control processes, while aligning teams with evolving guest requirements.

His professional focus areas include budgeting, process improvement, attention to detail and the integration of sustainability-led housekeeping practices. He has also been involved in strengthening operational systems and maintaining consistent service standards.
