APPOINTMENT
Renaissance Hotels has announced the appointment of Roopa Singh as the new General Manager at the Renaissance Goa Hotel.
Roopa brings nearly two decades of experience to her role, having held key roles at renowned hospitality brands including IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels, before joining Marriott International seven years ago.
Prior to her role at Renaissance Goa, Roopa served as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where she led overall hotel operations, financial performance and strategic planning.
During her tenure, she spearheaded launch of new F&B concepts, implemented operational efficiencies that improved productivity and strengthened profit margins. The resort also recorded higher guest satisfaction levels and received several industry recognitions during this period.
In her new role, Roopa will oversee the pre-opening phase and ongoing operations of Renaissance Goa.
