Hilton Opens Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort & Spa, Adds Fourth Property in the City

Hilton has announced the opening of Hilton Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort & Spa, expanding its presence in Thailand’s capital. The new property becomes Hilton’s fourth Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel in Bangkok, joining Millennium Hilton Bangkok, Hilton Bangkok Grande Asoke, and Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok.

Located around 15 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport, the 223-key hotel is positioned as an urban resort option for international transit passengers, business travellers, and leisure guests looking for airport connectivity alongside recreation and resort-style facilities. The property previously operated under a different brand and has now transitioned to the Hilton Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

Strategic Location and Connectivity

Hilton Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Golf Resort & Spa is located near major transport corridors, providing access to Bangkok’s eastern districts and the Eastern Economic Corridor, a key economic hub in Thailand. The hotel is also close to shopping and lifestyle destinations, including Mega Bangna, Siam Premium Outlets, and Central Village Outlet.

Guests also have direct access to Summit Windmill Golf Club and Windmill Football Club, providing additional leisure options in the resort’s surroundings.

Leadership Comments

Alexandra Murray, Area Vice President and Regional Head of Southeast Asia at Hilton, said Bangkok continues to see steady demand across leisure and corporate travel. She added that the opening reflects Hilton’s focus on offering airport access, flexible stay options, and resort facilities in a key gateway city.

Vincent Ong, Vice President, Full Service Brands, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said expanding the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand in Bangkok supports Hilton’s regional growth plans and responds to evolving traveller expectations.

Nuttapol Jurangkool, President, Summit Windmill Group, said the partnership combines Hilton’s international brand reach with local market understanding to develop a resort experience suited to both Bangkok residents and international visitors.

Dining Concepts and Guest Facilities

The resort offers multiple dining venues designed to serve both short-stay and longer-stay guests:

  • Tetto Trattoria, the hotel’s Italian restaurant, features classic Italian recipes interpreted with a modern approach

  • Kitchen Craft, an all-day dining venue with open kitchens and interactive dining elements

  • Lobby Lounge, offering a space for informal meetings and casual dining throughout the day\

For meetings and events, the hotel provides more than 1,200 square metres of flexible event space, including two ballrooms measuring 330 and 260 square metres. The facilities support corporate meetings, conferences, social functions, and private gatherings.

Leisure amenities include a spa, outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and a Kids’ Club for families.

Refurbishment Plans and Hilton Honors Benefits

Hilton stated that the hotel will undergo minor refurbishments through late 2026 while remaining operational, with service continuity maintained throughout the upgrade period.

Guests staying at the property can access Hilton Honors, Hilton’s loyalty programme, including the ability to earn points and use member benefits when booking through Hilton’s official channels. Members can also access options such as Points and Money bookings, member-only rates, and standard Wi-Fi.
