Langham Hospitality Group Names Rico Picenoni as Global Head of Residential

Langham Hospitality Group has appointed Rico Picenoni as its global head of residential, a newly created role within the company.

Picenoni joins from Savills in London, where he led the branded residential consultancy team. His career also includes senior roles with Accor and Seven Tides Hospitality, along with operational positions at Rosewood and Starwood.

In his new position, Picenoni will oversee the group’s design, branding, and management of private homes. He will be based in Dubai.
