APPOINTMENT

Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments has appointed Birendra Singh as its new Food & Beverage Manager.
He brings over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a background spanning food and beverage operations, guest experience management, and team leadership.
Prior to this appointment, Singh was associated with Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal, where he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across restaurants, banqueting, and lounge facilities. His professional journey also includes tenures with Marriott Whitefield, Bengaluru, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts.

Across these roles, Singh has gained experience in restaurant and bar operations, banquet management, revenue-focused marketing initiatives, team training, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. He has also been involved in monitoring and improving guest feedback metrics, including Guest Voice (GV) scores.

In his new role at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Singh will lead the overall food and beverage function. His responsibilities include driving the food and beverage strategy, improving operational efficiency, strengthening service delivery, and aligning departmental performance with the hotel’s broader objectives.
