APPOINTMENT
Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu has announced the appointment of Rabin Ranabhat as the new Director of Sales.
Rabin served as Guest Service Associate at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu in 2016, where he developed his expertise in team leadership. He later transitioned to Crowne Plaza Kathmandu- Soaltee as a Crowne Meeting Executive in 2018, developing skills in client relationships and event management. Rabin progressed in key leadership roles during his tenure at the property. Later in 2023, Rabin returned to Hyatt Regency Kathmandu as Associate Director of Events.
Commenting on his appointment, Rabin Ranabhat, said, “It is an incredible honour to step into this position at such a vibrant and forward-thinking property. I am excited to contribute my experience and passion to further strengthen our market presence and drive meaningful growth for the hotel.”
In his new role at Hyatt Centric Soalteemode, Rabin will drive hotel revenue by creating sales/marketing strategies, managing teams, setting budgets, and securing clients for rooms/events, focusing on profitability through guest satisfaction, market analysis, contract negotiation, and hitting revenue targets across all hotel services (rooms, F&B, events).
