Novotel Hyderabad Airport has announced the appointment of Dharaniswar Das as its new Director of People & Culture.
Dharaniswar brings over two decades of experience across renowned hospitality brands, having held leadership roles at Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, Novotel Guwahati, and Ibis Novotel Bengaluru ORR. He holds extensive expertise in talent development, employee engagement, and organisational culture-building.
In his new role, Dharaniswar will now lead the hotel’s HR strategies with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, organisational culture, and people-centric operations.
He will steer initiatives that enhance team engagement, strengthen leadership capability, and support learning and development. He will also play a key role in shaping policies, driving diversity and inclusion, and aligning practices with the hotel’s strategic priorities.
