New Cluster Director of Finance Appointed at Three Hilton Properties

Hilton Hotels has announced the appointment of Sheetal Agarwal as the new Cluster Director of Finance at three Hilton Properties in Bengaluru.

Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, and Hilton Garden Inn Bangalore have appointed Sheetal Aggarwal as the new Cluster Director of Finance at the three properties.

Sheetal brings over 23 years of experience across hospitality, e-commerce, banking, and financial consulting. She holds expertise in financial transformation, leading large-scale ERP implementations, strengthening internal controls, managing audit processes, building high-performing finance teams, and strengthening governance frameworks.

In her new role, Sheetal will oversee the entire finance operations of the Hilton Bengaluru cluster, working closely with respective leadership teams.

Sheetal has held senior finance leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands including Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, SUJÁN Luxury Hospitality, and EIH Limited – The Oberoi Group.

Before joining Hilton, Sheetal served as Financial Controller at EIH Limited – The Oberoi, New Delhi, where she led finance strategy, compliance, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. She has also played key roles at Amazon Development Centre India, managing finance operations and transformation initiatives across emerging markets portfolios.

At Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Sheetal will play a pivotal role in financial planning and analysis, risk management, compliance, and process optimisation.
