Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said Bengaluru continues to see growth beyond its central areas, with suburbs and satellite locations emerging as key development zones. She noted that North Bengaluru has seen steady progress, driven by infrastructure improvements and the presence of the technology, aerospace, and education sectors. Gateway Hennur, she said, is planned to address the growing demand for organised hospitality in the area. She also highlighted IHCL’s ongoing partnership with Mr. Sanjay Suresh on the project.

The 350-key Gateway Hennur, Bengaluru, is planned to offer a range of facilities for business and leisure travellers. These include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a speciality restaurant and a lounge. The hotel will feature banqueting and conference facilities spanning more than 16,000 sq. ft., supported by multiple meeting rooms.
