APPOINTMENT
Mirah Hospitality & Gourmet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Amit Jambotkar as its Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, Jambotkar will oversee operations across the company’s hospitality and food and beverage portfolio, with responsibilities spanning operational performance, brand development, and guest experience initiatives.
Prior to rejoining the company, Jambotkar worked as an independent Director from 2017 to 2025. His most recent corporate role was Vice President – Food & Beverage at Shott Amusement Limited, where he was responsible for food and beverage operations across multiple amusement and entertainment locations in India.
His earlier experience includes serving as Director – Operations West at JSM Corporation, where he managed brands such as Asilo, Hard Rock Cafe, Shiro, and California Pizza Kitchen. He has also held leadership roles at Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality, contributing to the expansion of the Social and AntiSocial brands in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai, and overseeing restaurant concepts including Salt Water Grill, Salt Water Café, The Tasting Room, Stone Water Grill, and Smokehouse Deli.
Additionally, Jambotkar has worked with international hospitality groups such as Hyatt Regency and Jumeirah Group, and has managed large-scale operations at Reliance MediaWorks.
