APPOINTMENT
Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar has announced the appointment of Mohammad Akamal as the new Chief Engineer.
Mohammad Akamal brings over ten years of experience in hotel engineering and facilities management. He holds expertise in electrical maintenance, energy management, sustainability initiatives, and the management of large hotel operations.
Over the course of his career, Mohammad Akamal has been a part of renowned hospitality brands, including Taj Hotel Ganges Varanasi, Holiday Inn Express, Hyatt, and the Saran Group, where he played a key role in maintaining operational standards and ensuring guest safety.
In his new role, Mohammad Akamal will be responsible for leading all engineering and maintenance functions at the hotel. His key roles and responsibilities will include ensuring the efficient functioning of hotel infrastructure, compliance of safety protocols, and safe execution of energy and sustainability practices.
