APPOINTMENT
Marriott Suites, Pune, has announced the appointment of Amruta Ravi as its new Human Resources Manager.
Amruta brings over a decade of experience across luxury hospitality and corporate organizations, with extensive expertise in developing people strategies, leadership, team mentoring, talent engagement, organizational culture building and aligning HR practices with the operational needs of hotel teams.
Over the course of her career, Amruta has worked with leading hotel brands including IHG Hotels and key properties of Marriott International.
Prior to joining Marriott Suites, Pune, Amruta served as Human Resources Manager at JW Marriott Pune, where she played a key role in strengthening people processes and driving associate-focused initiatives.
