APPOINTMENT
Air France-KLM has announced the appointment of Olivier Piette as its new Executive Vice-President Strategy & CEO Office, effective February 1, 2026.
Oliver brings extensive industry experience and operational and leadership expertise. He has been a part of Air France and Air France-KLM since 24 years, gaining extensive experience across Flight Operations, Network Planning, Global Sales, and Corporate Strategy.
He served as SVP Network from 2020 to 2024 before being appointed Chief of Staff to the Group CEO in September 2024.
In this expanded role, Olivier will join the Air France-KLM Group Executive Committee (GEC) and continue to report directly to Benjamin Smith, Group CEO.
His responsibilities will now include leading the group communication, brand portfolio strategy as well as the group network.
