Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Signs First Dolce by Wyndham Resorts in Goa and Udaipur
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of two Dolce by Wyndham properties in Goa and Udaipur, marking the brand’s entry into India and supporting Wyndham’s expansion in the upscale leisure segment.
Developed by Fine Acers Group, led by Dinesh Yadav, Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur are both scheduled to open in 2030. The projects are intended to address growing demand from leisure travellers, destination weddings, meetings and corporate events, as India’s tourism and hospitality sector continues to expand on the back of domestic travel growth and increasing interest in premium stays.
Dolce by Wyndham Resort Goa

Located near Keri Beach in North Goa, the resort will feature approximately 200 rooms and suites. Planned facilities include multiple dining venues, indoor and outdoor event spaces, a wellness spa, swimming pools and dedicated areas for children, along with direct access to the beachfront. The development is positioned to serve leisure travellers and meet demand for weddings and events in the region.
Goa continues to attract domestic and international visitors for leisure travel, celebrations and extended stays, with consistent demand for branded upscale resorts.
Dolce by Wyndham Resort Udaipur

Situated in Kodiyat, with views of the Aravalli hills, the Udaipur resort will offer 250 rooms. The planned amenities include a lobby lounge, all-day dining and speciality restaurants, banquet halls, lawn venues, meeting spaces, a health club, spa and an outdoor swimming pool. The property is designed to serve leisure travellers, destination weddings and business groups.
Udaipur remains a key market for leisure and wedding tourism, supported by steady demand across both social and corporate segments. The signing further builds Wyndham’s presence in the city, where the group already operates five hotels, including Wyndham Grand and Wyndham Garden.
Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director, Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, said the dual signing reflects the relevance of destination-led travel in India.
“The entry of the Dolce brand into India aligns with the growing focus on leisure, weddings and meetings in destinations such as Goa and Udaipur. Dolce’s emphasis on design, dining and gathering spaces makes it suitable for these markets as we continue to build Wyndham’s upscale footprint in the country,” he said.
The agreements also strengthen Wyndham’s partnership with Fine Acers Group, reflecting a shared approach to developing premium hospitality assets in established leisure destinations.
Dinesh Yadav, Principal, Fine Acers Group, said the projects align with the group’s long-term strategy in the premium hospitality segment.
“The Dolce resorts in Goa and Udaipur reflect our confidence in India’s leisure and wedding markets. Our continued collaboration with Wyndham is based on aligned objectives around asset development, sustainability and long-term value creation,” he said.
Wyndham currently operates a portfolio of around 100 hotels across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, under brands including Ramada by Wyndham, Howard Johnson by Wyndham and Wyndham Garden, and continues to expand its presence across South Asia.
