Eco-Luxury Milestone: Machan Signs 3rd Maharashtra Property in Sambhaji Nagar
Machan Resorts LLP has signed a management contract for a new eco-wellness resort under its Myst by Machan brand in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (formerly Aurangabad).
Spread across approximately 15 acres of forested land with views of the UNESCO-listed Ellora Caves, the upcoming resort will feature forest rooms, villas, and waterfront cottages. Facilities will include a wellness centre, farm-to-table dining options, and dedicated spaces for intimate weddings, corporate getaways, and cultural events.
Strategically located along the Samruddhi Mahamarg, the site provides convenient access to nearby destinations like Shirdi, Ajanta, and Verul, offering a mix of natural, spiritual, and historical experiences.

Scheduled to open in 2028, this project will become the third Machan property in Maharashtra, joining existing locations in Lonavala and Karjat.
