Sheraton Hotel Jaipur to Strengthen Manglam’s Hospitality Expansion

Manglam Group has signed an agreement with Marriott International to develop a Sheraton Hotel in Jaipur, further expanding its presence in the hospitality sector. The 220-key property will be developed on the Jaipur–Ajmer Highway with an investment of approximately ₹350 crore and will cover more than 3 lakh sq. ft.

The agreement was signed by Amrita Gupta, Director of Manglam Group and CEO of Manglam Spa and Resorts, and Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China), Marriott International. The ceremony was attended by David Marriott, Chairman of the Board, Marriott International, and N. K. Gupta, Founder and Chairman of Manglam Group.

Marriott’s leadership team was welcomed in Jaipur with a programme highlighting the city’s cultural heritage through traditional Rajasthani performances and artisan showcases.

Situated on NH-48, the hotel will offer connectivity to Ajmer, Pushkar and Kishangarh, while remaining accessible from Jaipur International Airport. The location also benefits from its proximity to Mahindra World City SEZ, which continues to support corporate travel and MICE activity in the region.

The Sheraton Hotel is planned as a luxury box property offering premium accommodation and contemporary hospitality experiences. Drawing inspiration from Jaipur’s heritage and artistic traditions, the hotel will feature interiors and guest experiences that reflect Rajasthan’s cultural identity while maintaining Sheraton’s globally recognised hospitality standards.

Speaking on the occasion, Amrita Gupta said the project aligns with Manglam Group’s vision of promoting Rajasthan’s culture and hospitality while supporting Jaipur’s role as a destination for weddings, business travel and leisure tourism.

David Marriott said the partnership reflects the value of long-term collaboration and shared goals, adding that Marriott International looks forward to bringing the Sheraton brand to Jaipur in partnership with Manglam Group.

The project is the group’s third collaboration with Marriott International and forms part of the company’s broader ₹1,000 crore hospitality investment roadmap. Together with its other hospitality developments in Jaipur, the Sheraton Hotel will contribute to the Group’s growing presence across the city’s expanding tourism and business corridors.
