Wyndham Expands to Over 720 Hotels in EMEA, Boosting Regional Presence

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has expanded its presence across the EMEA region, now operating more than 720 hotels throughout Europe, the Middle East, Eurasia, and Africa. In the first half of 2025, Wyndham added over 4,700 rooms across 60 new hotel openings, driving 5% year-over-year organic system growth in the region. The company also signed 27 new development deals, focusing on growing markets and improving access to branded accommodations.
Notable additions in the region include the Dolce by Wyndham Siracusa, Monasteri Golf and Spa in Sicily, and the Signature Cave Cappadocia, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Türkiye. Wyndham also launched hotels in Georgia, Romania, and Kazakhstan, and added 21 properties in Eurasia during H1 2025—bringing its portfolio in the subregion to more than 90 hotels, with many of them located in India.
Strategic development partnerships supported further growth, including the introduction of the Super 8 by Wyndham brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iberia.

From resorts in Sicily to unique stays in Cappadocia, we’re offering more travel options and opportunities for partners,” said Dimitris Manikis, President EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Globally, Wyndham recorded 4% year-over-year organic net room growth and marked its 20th consecutive quarter of pipeline growth, now reaching 255,000 rooms. The EMEA region also posted constant currency RevPAR growth of 7%. Wyndham’s Owner First franchise approach continues to support its expansion by prioritizing long-term success for hotel owners. H1 2025 Highlights Include: Continued expansion in Türkiye with over 125 hotels, including Wyndham Alanya and Wyndham Tarsus St. Paul. Growth in Eurasia is evident with the openings of Ramada Encore By Wyndham Lucknow Airport, Wyndham Garden Jim Corbett Chhoi, and Ramada by Wyndham Cox’s Bazar Kolatoli Beach. Steady development across key European markets like Germany, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Denmark, with more properties expected this year. New destinations in Eastern Europe, including La Quinta By Wyndham in Batumi, Georgia, and additions in Kazakhstan, such as Tor’re Astana and Wyndham Residences Aqkol. New brand entries for Super 8® by Wyndham in Saudi Arabia and Iberia, supported by long-term plans for 100 hotels in the Kingdom and 40 in Spain and Portugal. Wyndham’s EMEA growth is further supported by its Wyndham Advantage program, offering digital, marketing, and tech tools for hotel partners. The brand has also invested nearly $350 million in digital transformation and leverages a growing Wyndham Rewards member base of approximately 120 million globally.
