Spark by Hilton Launches in India with Bengaluru and Goa Hotels
Spark by Hilton Makes Asia Pacific Debut in India
Hilton has announced the opening of the first Spark by Hilton hotels in Asia Pacific, with new properties launching in Bengaluru and Goa, marking the brand’s entry into the Indian market.
The openings are part of Hilton’s agreement with Olive Hospitality to develop 150 Spark by Hilton hotels across India, supporting the company’s expansion in the country’s growing mid-market hospitality segment.
Introduced in 2023, Spark by Hilton is designed for travellers seeking comfortable, reliable accommodation at an accessible price point. The brand has expanded steadily across several international markets and is now making its debut in Asia Pacific through India.
The 82-room Spark by Hilton Bengaluru Marathahalli Outer Ring Road is located within one of Bengaluru’s key business and technology districts. Positioned close to major office parks and commercial hubs, the hotel is expected to serve business travellers and corporate groups, and to meet demand for meetings and events.
Meanwhile, the 64-room Spark by Hilton Goa Calangute brings the brand to one of India’s most popular leisure destinations. The hotel is designed to cater to holidaymakers, group travellers, corporate retreats and travel agency bookings.

Alan Watts, President, Asia Pacific, Hilton, said India remains an important growth market for the company, supported by increasing travel demand and growing interest in branded accommodation. He noted that the launch of Spark by Hilton broadens Hilton’s portfolio and enables the company to serve a wider range of travellers.
For the Indian market, Spark by Hilton has introduced several locally inspired features, including complimentary breakfast with do-it-yourself dosa stations, self-service chai carts and a selection of regional touches designed to enhance the guest experience.
The hotels also offer digital services such as online check-in, Digital Key access, service requests through the Hilton Honors app and other technology-driven conveniences designed to simplify the stay experience.

Alissa Klees, Global Brand Leader for Spark by Hilton, said the brand has been developed to provide a consistent and efficient guest experience while remaining adaptable to local market needs.

Kahraman Yigit, Co-Founder and CEO of Olive Hospitality, said the brand offers an opportunity to strengthen India’s organised mid-market hotel sector while providing hotel owners with access to Hilton’s global systems and loyalty programme.
The Bengaluru and Goa openings follow the announcement of the first 10 Spark by Hilton signings in India. Additional properties are planned in destinations including Jaipur, Nashik, Mathura, Pune, Rajkot and Hyderabad.
Guests staying at hotels will also have access to Hilton Honors, Hilton’s global loyalty programme, which offers member benefits, digital services and reward opportunities across the company’s hotel portfolio.
