 Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa Promotes Mohit Rathore to Sales Manager

Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has announced the promotion of Mohit Rathore to the role of Sales Manager.

Mohit began his career in hospitality as a Front Office Associate at Radisson Jodhpur, where he developed a strong foundation in guest engagement and service delivery. This early experience helped shape his intuitive understanding of guest needs and expectations.

He later joined Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa as a Reservations Associate, where he was recognised for his attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving. His transition into the sales function marked a key turning point in his career, as he demonstrated a strong ability to build client relationships and manage projects with a personalised approach.

Following this, Mohit served as Assistant Sales Manager at ITC Hotels, where he further strengthened his skills in sales strategy, leadership, and business development.

Now returning to Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa in an elevated capacity, Mohit will lead the resort’s sales initiatives, with a focus on driving weddings, events, and luxury leisure business in the region. His role will centre on strengthening client partnerships and enhancing the property’s positioning within Rajasthan’s competitive hospitality market.

Commenting on his promotion, Mohit said, “Stepping into this role at Jaisalmer Marriott feels like coming home,”. “My career has taught me that at the end of the day, hospitality is all about people.
