APPOINTMENT
IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Neetu Mistry as the new Managing Director for its UK & Ireland (UK&I) estate.
Neetu brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry across UK and European management companies with extensive expertise in mentoring high-performing teams, driving portfolio performance, commercial acumen and elevating guest experiences.
She previously served as an Owner Representative for one of IHG’s regional councils.
In her new role as MD- UK & Ireland, Neetu will oversee more than 400 open and soon to open hotels, monitor the growth of the region and foster new business partnerships.

IHG’s UK and Ireland market has a presence of over 400 open and pipeline hotels across 11 brands, including InterContinental, Kimpton, Vignette Collection, Hotel Indigo, voco, Ruby Hotels, Garner, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites.
