JW Marriott Maldives Kaafu Atoll Island Resort has introduced a wellness program featuring visiting practitioner Daria Gudkova, who will be in residence from March 1 to 24, 2026.

The program offers a series of sessions designed to help guests manage stress, improve sleep, and address emotional tension. Set in the Indian Ocean region, the experiences focus on supporting a balanced sense of well-being throughout a guest’s stay.

Guests can choose from a range of private sessions, including sound meditation with singing bowls, female Taoist practices, tantra meditation, and other energy-based techniques that incorporate crystals and Reiki. Singing bowl experiences, including full-body sound massages, use vibration and resonance to help release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage rest.

Female Taoist practices focus on breathwork, gentle movement, and meditative awareness, with sessions intended to support vitality and emotional balance while helping participants connect with their internal energy. Chakra-balancing therapies, Reiki, crystal healing, and tantra-based meditation are also available as part of the program. Private yoga sessions can be arranged and adapted to suit individual physical or emotional needs.

“True wellness comes from the alignment of energy, presence, and intention,” said Daria Gudkova.

“My work focuses on creating experiences that encourage guests to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore their inner strength.”

Gudkova has studied in India and the Himalayas, with training in Sanskrit, yoga therapy, sound healing, and energy-based practices. Her approach combines these disciplines to offer personalised guidance for guests.
