APPOINTMENT
Novotel Guwahati GS Road has announced the appointment of Hirakjyoti Patowary as Sales Manager.
With a proven track record in sales leadership and client relationship management, Hirakjyoti Patowary’s appointment is expected to strengthen the hotel’s commercial strategies in a competitive market.
Hirakjyoti began his career in the insurance industry with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, where he worked as an Agency Partner from 2016 to 2018. Then he transitioned to the hospitality sector, after joining The Hotel Palacio, Guwahati, where he served in multiple roles over a span of more than seven years.
Hirakjyoti started as a Sales Executive at The Palacio. He rose through the ranks, taking on the role of Assistant Sales Manager by 2023.
In his new role at Novotel Guwahati GS Road, Hirakjyoti will be responsible for leading the property’s sales initiatives, developing corporate and MICE business, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.
He will also work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance brand positioning and guest satisfaction.
