Hilton Appoints Innu Lama as Cluster Learning & Development Manager for Bengaluru Portfolio
Hilton has announced the appointment of Innu Lama as Cluster Learning & Development Manager for its Bengaluru portfolio.

In her new role, Innu will oversee learning and development initiatives across multiple properties, including Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village.
Innu brings experience across the luxury hospitality and healthcare sectors. Most recently, she was associated with Conrad Bengaluru as Learning & Development Manager, where she led leadership training initiatives, onboarding programmes, and compliance-driven learning interventions.
Her career also includes roles with Shangri-La Hotel Bengaluru as Hotel Assistant Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, and Sheraton Grand Bengaluru (Marriott), where she worked in training and quality assurance, contributing to service delivery standards and team development.
In her current role, she will be responsible for driving the cluster’s learning strategy, with a focus on leadership development, talent progression, and strengthening service culture. Her responsibilities also include designing and implementing training programmes aligned with brand standards, while supporting audit readiness and operational consistency across teams.

The appointment reflects Hilton’s continued focus on investing in people development and building a structured learning environment across its Bengaluru portfolio.
