APPOINTMENT
Ayan Mitra has been promoted as the new General Manager at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd.
Ayan brings over two decades of experience, with expertise in operational excellence, revenue growth, and mentoring high-performing teams. Prior to this appointment, he served as Corporate Manager – Food and Beverage Services at Fortune Park Hotels Ltd, where he played a key role in strengthening F&B strategies and performance standards across the portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Ayan held senior leadership positions with renowned hospitality companies, including AmbujaNeotia Group, Swissôtel Kolkata, The Stadel Hotel Kolkata, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, and ITC Hotels Limited.
His expertise spans food and beverage operations, business development, performance management, pre-opening strategy, and team leadership.
In his elevated role as General Manager at Fortune Park Hotels, Ayan will oversee key hotel operations, business performance and team leadership.
