APPOINTMENT
Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur have announced the appointment of Rajat Sethi as Cluster General Manager, who will be overseeing both properties.
Rajat holds over 25 years of leadership experience having worked across renowned luxury hotels. He brings expertise in guest experience, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
In his new expanded role, he will continue to lead Fairmont Jaipur while also taking charge of Raffles Jaipur, focusing on elevating service standards, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening both properties’ positioning as leading luxury destinations.
Rajat’s career includes senior leadership roles at ITC Hotels, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide, among others. His foundation years were with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, notably at Trident Gurgaon, where his leadership reinforced the property’s reputation for world-class service.
