Air India Partners with Booking.com to Enhance Travel Booking Experience
Air India Booking Platform Offers Accommodation Rewards for Maharaja Club Members
Air India has entered into a strategic partnership with Booking.com to provide travellers with a more connected travel booking experience. Through a dedicated co-branded platform available on Air India’s website and mobile app, customers can now book accommodation alongside their travel plans while accessing loyalty benefits through the Maharaja Club programme.
The new platform gives Air India customers access to Booking.com’s accommodation network, which includes hotels, homes, villas, and other accommodation options across destinations worldwide. The service is supported by Booking.com’s multilingual platform and customer support services.
As part of the partnership, Maharaja Club members will earn five Maharaja Points for every ₹100 spent on accommodation bookings made through the dedicated platform. These points can be redeemed for flight rewards and cabin upgrades.
For a limited period from 22 June to 21 July 2026, travellers will also receive discounts of up to 15% on selected participating properties booked through the platform.

Abhijit Menon, Divisional Vice President and Head of Revenue Management at Air India, said the partnership forms part of the airline’s efforts to provide customers with a broader travel booking experience by combining air travel and accommodation services in one place.

Laura Houldsworth, Managing Director and Vice President, Asia Pacific at Booking.com, said the collaboration aligns with the company’s focus on making travel planning more convenient by allowing travellers to book multiple elements of their journeys through a single platform.
Industry trends indicate that travellers are increasingly choosing integrated travel solutions that combine flights, accommodation and other services. The partnership reflects this shift by offering customers a more streamlined way to plan and manage their trips.
The initiative also adds value for Maharaja Club members, which has expanded its partner network significantly over the past two years. As a member of Star Alliance, Air India continues to offer loyalty benefits across a broad international network while expanding its range of travel-related partnerships.
