Marchant Group Appoints Nasrin Ayesha as Regional Sales Director

Marchant Group of Hotels has appointed Nasrin Ayesha as Regional Sales & Commercial Operations Director. In her new role, she will oversee commercial strategy for Novotel Montreal Airport by Accor and Holiday Inn & Suites by IHG Hotels & Resorts.

The appointment supports the group’s focus on strengthening commercial performance, business development and long-term growth across its hotel portfolio.

Nasrin brings more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in hotel operations, sales leadership, commercial strategy, revenue management, business development and multi-property management.

Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles with several international hospitality companies, including Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Accor and Choice Hotels.

Her experience spans both single-property and multi-property operations, where she has worked closely with sales, revenue, marketing and operational teams to support business growth, strengthen corporate partnerships and improve commercial performance.

As Regional Sales & Commercial Operations Director, Nasrin will be responsible for driving sales growth, revenue optimisation, market expansion and corporate partnerships across both Montreal properties. She will also work closely with operational teams to align commercial objectives with overall business performance.

Commenting on her appointment, Nasrin Ayesha said she is excited to begin a new chapter in her hospitality career and looks forward to working with teams across a diverse hotel portfolio while building strong industry relationships.
