Mickael Messina Appointed as Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora

Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora has appointed Mickael Messina as Executive Chef.

In this role, Messina will oversee the resort’s culinary operations, including its restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets and events.

Messina has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He completed his culinary training at Centre de Formation à Villepinte (CEFAA) in Villepinte, France, and Institut National de Formation et d’Application Le Manoir in Gouvieux, France. He began his career in France in 2000 and later worked as a Junior Sous Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman.

He subsequently returned to France, where he worked at establishments including Angelina in Paris, La Maison in Senlis, Open House in Apremont, and Hôtel Plaza Athénée in Paris. In 2016, he moved to Hong Kong and held executive chef roles at Stan Cafe, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, and Bacchus Wine & Restaurant.

Prior to joining Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, Messina was Executive Chef at Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives.
