Fairmont Jaipur Appoints Vikram Singh as Food & Beverage Manager

Fairmont Jaipur has appointed Vikram Singh as Food & Beverage Manager.

In his new role, Vikram Singh will oversee Food & Beverage operations at the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and banqueting. His responsibilities include managing service standards, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, and ensuring operational efficiency across all outlets.

He brings over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with exposure to luxury hotel operations across India and international markets. His experience includes managing multi-outlet environments and handling day-to-day F&B operations.

At the property, his focus will be on maintaining consistency in service delivery and supporting guest dining experiences through structured operational processes.

In addition to service delivery, he will work on process optimisation, cost management, and coordination between departments to support overall operational performance.
