Fairmont launches Disappearing Bars series in Singapore
Fairmont introduces Disappearing Bars experience in Singapore
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will bring its Disappearing Bars series to Singapore for the first time, with a limited-run event at Fairmont Singapore in May 2026.
The pop-up concept, developed in collaboration with Belvedere Vodka, will take place over two evenings on 5 and 6 May. The event is designed as a small-scale experience, with a limited number of tickets available for each night.

The programme begins at the Fairmont Gold Lounge, where guests receive a welcome cocktail and canapés before moving to a repurposed back-of-house space within the hotel. This area, referred to as the Laundry Plant, will host a curated cocktail session featuring selections from Belvedere’s Martini Collection.
The experience concludes at the hotel’s ANTI:DOTE bar, where guests can choose additional cocktails alongside a selection of food offerings prepared by the hotel’s culinary team.

The event incorporates elements such as themed presentation, music and design to create an immersive setting. Live DJ performances, supported by audio partner Devialet, will accompany the evening.
According to Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, the Disappearing Bars concept is intended to transform underutilised spaces within its properties into short-term hospitality experiences. The Singapore edition follows an earlier launch at Fairmont Royal York, with further locations expected to be announced.
