ePlane Strengthens Supply Chain Partnerships

ePlane Expands e200X Partnership Network at Farnborough

The ePlane Company has announced a series of strategic partnerships aimed at strengthening the supply chain for its e200X electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft during the Farnborough International Airshow 2026.

The agreements cover key areas including electrical wiring systems, aerospace fasteners, avionics, composite materials, and modular interiors, supporting the next phase of development and certification of the e200X platform.

EWIS Collaboration with SASMOS HET Technologies

The ePlane Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SASMOS HET Technologies to collaborate on the engineering, design and industrialisation of the Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS) for the e200X.

The partnership will focus on harness architecture, design for manufacturability, prototype evaluation and certification readiness. The companies will also explore collaboration on mission-critical electronic systems, including overhead circuit breaker panels, high-voltage power distribution units, electronic speed controllers and motor controllers.

Ankit Aerospace to Supply Fasteners

Ankit Aerospace Private Limited has become a strategic supplier of aerospace-grade fasteners for the e200X.

The company manufactures precision fastening components for organisations including ISRO, HAL, NAL and DRDO, supporting the aircraft’s structural assembly.

HENSOLDT Avionics Partnership Continues

The ePlane Company also highlighted its ongoing partnership with HENSOLDT Avionics, first announced in February 2026.

HENSOLDT is supplying the avionics suite and flight radar for the e200X, supporting navigation, situational awareness and aircraft connectivity as the programme progresses towards certification.

Azista to Supply Composite Materials

Azista Composites will supply carbon fibre prepregs and glass prepregs for the e200X’s airframe and radome applications.

The partnership also includes the development of customised material specifications to support the aircraft’s engineering requirements.

AMS Heli Design Supports Cabin Solutions

The ePlane Company has partnered with AMS Heli Design to develop modular cabin interiors and seating for the e200X.

The interiors are being designed to support multiple operating configurations, including air ambulance, air taxi, cargo and VIP transport.
