Radisson Signs 10 Hotels Across India

Radisson Hotel Group Expands India Portfolio with 10 New Hotel Signings

Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) has signed 10 new hotels across India during the second week of July, expanding its presence across seven states. The additions strengthen the group’s portfolio across business, leisure, spiritual and wildlife destinations.

The new signings span six brands: Radisson Blu, Radisson, Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Individuals Premier, Park Inn & Suites by Radisson, and Radisson Individuals Retreats, reflecting the company’s expansion strategy across established and emerging markets.

Expansion Across Spiritual Tourism Destinations

The latest signings include hotels in several pilgrimage destinations, including Radisson Hotel Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh with 115 rooms, Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Mathura Vrindavan in Uttar Pradesh with 87 rooms, and Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Kadapa Airport in Andhra Pradesh with 45 rooms.

These properties are expected to serve visitors travelling to religious destinations while increasing the availability of branded accommodation in these markets.

Bengaluru Portfolio Continues to Grow

Radisson Hotel Group has also strengthened its presence in Bengaluru, where it currently operates seven hotels and has five more properties in the pipeline, representing 619 keys.

The latest additions include Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Bengaluru with 150 rooms, Park Inn by Radisson Electronic City with 112 rooms, and Lavish Hotel Bengaluru, a member of Radisson Individuals Premier, offering 113 rooms. The hotels are expected to cater to corporate travellers, MICE business, leisure guests and weekend visitors.

New Leisure and Resort Developments

The group has expanded its resort portfolio with the signing of Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Jawai in Rajasthan, featuring 200 rooms, and Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Vadodara in Gujarat with 155 rooms.

Both projects are aimed at leisure travellers as well as meetings and events.

Growth in Wildlife and Nature Tourism

Radisson Hotel Group has also entered India’s wildlife tourism segment with Jungle Home Resort Tadoba, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats, featuring 26 rooms near Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra.

Additional signings include Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Nainital in Uttarakhand with 45 rooms, expanding the group’s presence in the hill destination, and Park Inn & Suites by Radisson Kalaburagi in Karnataka with 55 rooms, serving both heritage and business travel demand.

Growing Presence in India

Radisson Hotel Group now has more than 225 hotels in operation and under development across India. The company continues to maintain a significant presence in Delhi NCR, while over half of its portfolio is located in tier-2 and tier-3 cities.

Its portfolio in India includes Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson RED, Park Plaza, Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Individuals and Radisson Individuals Retreats.
