Shailender Kumar Yadav Joins Sheraton Grand Bengaluru as Food & Beverage Manager
Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has appointed Shailender Kumar Yadav as its Food & Beverage Manager.
In his new role, Yadav will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations across its restaurants, bars, banquet facilities and 65,000 sq. ft. convention centre.
He brings more than 13 years of hospitality experience, having worked across India, the Middle East and the United Kingdom. His experience includes food and beverage operations, multi-outlet dining, banquet management, restaurant development, revenue management and guest service.
At Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield, he will lead the hotel’s food and beverage portfolio, which includes eight dining outlets, convention and banquet operations, while managing a team of 153 associates and 15 managers.
Before joining Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield, Yadav served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Mumbai, where he managed restaurants, all-day dining, in-room dining, meeting spaces and 50,000 sq. ft. of banquet facilities.
His previous assignments include roles at The Westin Gurgaon, Boisdale of Canary Wharf, London, The St. Regis Doha, InterContinental Doha, W Goa, The Oberoi New Delhi and Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.
A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Gwalior, Yadav holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. He has also received Marriott International’s Train the Trainer Certification and was recognised as Best Pre-Opening Executive during the launch of W Goa.
Commenting on his appointment, Shailender Kumar Yadav said his focus will be on strengthening operational consistency, enhancing restaurant programming and delivering guest-focused dining experiences across the hotel’s restaurants and event venues.

Elton Hurtis, General Manager, Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center, said Yadav’s experience across hospitality markets and large-scale food and beverage operations will support the hotel’s restaurants, banqueting and convention business.
The appointment further strengthens Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center’s leadership team as it continues to develop its food and beverage operations.
