Hyatt Regency Chandigarh has elevated Suruchi Gaur to the position of Director of Operations.

Suruchi has been associated with the property as Director of Sales & Marketing, where she contributed to commercial performance, brand visibility, and stakeholder engagement. In her new role, she will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, focusing on enhancing guest experiences, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening team engagement.

She brings extensive experience across the hospitality and tourism sectors, having previously worked with organizations such as Liberty International Tourism Group, Accor, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Group, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and Le Meridien New Delhi.

During her tenure with Accor, she played a key role in MICE and catering sales for Pullman New Delhi Aerocity and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, contributing to the positioning of Aerocity as a major conferencing destination.

Her earlier career includes roles with Jaypee Hotels and training at The Imperial New Delhi.

In her new role at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, Suruchi will work closely with various departments to drive operational excellence and elevate overall guest satisfaction.
