Enrise by Sayaji in Latur has commenced operations in the city’s Old MIDC Area, introducing a new hospitality offering for business travellers in Maharashtra’s Marathwada region. The 30-room hotel aims to serve the growing industrial and commercial activity that is establishing Latur as a key tier-2 business hub.

The opening addresses the rising need for structured hospitality services in Latur, a district with a population of 24.54 lakh (as per Census 2011). The city is central to the regional economy, bolstered by its role as a key soybean trading hub and by 11 cooperative sugar factories. These factors have earned the area the nickname “Sugar Belt of Maharashtra.” This industrial foundation has created continuous demand for business accommodations, meetings, and events.

Enrise by Sayaji, Latur features 30 rooms across three categories: 18 Deluxe Rooms, 9 Executive Rooms and 3 Premium Executive Rooms. Designed for both business and leisure travellers, the rooms offer modern amenities and functional layouts.

The hotel also provides MICE and event spaces, featuring four banquet venues. Jewel, the largest, accommodates up to 700 guests in theatre style, while Solitaire is ideal for medium-sized events. Crystal is intended for corporate meetings and functions, and Connect functions as a boardroom for smaller meetings. For dining, two multi-cuisine restaurants, Momentt and Horizon, serve hotel guests, business travellers, and locals.

Commenting on the opening, Ajay Kanojia, Associate General Manager at Sayaji Hotels, said the property aligns with the group’s strategy to expand into growth-oriented markets and address evolving hospitality needs in emerging business cities.
