APPOINTMENT
Raffles Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Zeynep Peker Prakatur as Area Commercial Director for UAE.
In her expanded role, Zeynep will provide strategic commercial oversight and support to Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, Raffles Jeddah (2026 Opening), and Raffles The Red Sea (2026 Opening). She will also maintain continued focus on Raffles The Palm, Dubai, where she has served as Commercial Director since 2023.
With over 23 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector in the U.A.E., Zeynep brings extensive commercial expertise in stakeholder management skills, leadership style, and results-driven approach.
Throughout her career, Zeynep has held several senior leadership positions at Dubai’s renowned luxury hotels, including Burj Al Arab, where she specialised in international business development, as well as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing at One&Only The Palm and One&Only Royal Mirage.
As Area Commercial Director for Raffles UAE, Zeynep will provide strategic guidance to property leadership teams to ensure the seamless execution of commercial strategies across all hotels. Her responsibilities will also include developing commercial talent within the region, driving a culture of performance and collaboration, strengthening the regional talent pipeline, ensuring best-in-class tools and initiatives are shared and embedded across properties.
