Digney Holding Appoints Tom Kelley as CEO and President

Digney Holding Inc has named Tom Kelley as Chief Executive Officer and President, following a strategic reorganization of the company’s structure.

The move brings together Digney York Associates LLC and EIS Hospitality LLC under a unified holding company, while maintaining their individual operational focus, leadership teams, and client relationships. The integration is designed to strengthen collaboration without disrupting ongoing projects or partnerships.

Kelley, who has previously overseen both businesses, will now lead Digney Holding with a focus on long-term growth, capital discipline, operational excellence, and value creation. Under his leadership, Digney York Associates has expanded beyond rooms-only renovations to deliver complex, full-service hospitality projects, including hotel repositioning, public space upgrades, exterior transformations, and select ground-up developments.

Digney York Associates has completed hundreds of projects across major hotel brands, contributing to more than $2 billion in construction over the past four decades. Combined with EIS Hospitality’s expertise in millwork and casegoods for limited-service and extended-stay hotels, the new structure positions the group for continued expansion and enhanced operational efficiency.

Ownership of Digney Holding remains unchanged. Its private shareholders continue to be the dominant stakeholders of the former Elkay Manufacturing companies, which merged with Zurn Water Solutions in 2022 to form Zurn Elkay Water Solutions.
