He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration & Management along with a postgraduate certification in Training & Development, reflecting a strong foundation in both operations and people development.

Throughout his career, he has been associated with organisations such as Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort, The Byke Hotels and Resorts, Citrus Hotels and Resorts, WorkFlo by OYO, iSprout Coworking Spaces, and WellSafeTech and Dream Space Interiors. His professional journey reflects a consistent focus on client engagement, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across evolving workplace and hospitality ecosystems.

In his new role at Millora Corporate, Shashank will lead business development initiatives, expand corporate partnerships, and strengthen the company’s presence in Mumbai, one of India’s most dynamic business hubs.
