Charcoal Concepts has announced the appointment of Rohan Sable as Chief Executive Officer.

Charcoal Concepts operates a portfolio of more than 45 restaurants across India and international markets including London, Colombo, Kuwait, and Dubai. The platform functions under K Hospitality Corp.

In his new role, Rohan Sable will oversee the company’s strategic direction, growth, and operations. His responsibilities include managing brand development, business expansion, and operational processes across brands such as Copper Chimney, Bombay Brasserie, Bombay Borough, and Wagamama India. He will also be involved in developing new concepts within the group.

Sable brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector. His previous roles include Regional COO (South India) at PVR INOX Ltd and Area General Manager Delegate at Accor. His experience spans restaurant operations, brand development, and business expansion across domestic and international markets.

The company has outlined plans to expand its footprint over the coming years, with a focus on increasing the number of outlets across India and selected international locations. Sable will be responsible for overseeing this expansion, along with strengthening operational systems and managing the company’s brand portfolio.

His role will involve working on growth initiatives, exploring new formats, and supporting the development of existing and new brands within the platform.
