APPOINTMENT
Atlantis The Royal has announced the appointment of Daniel Worsley as Vice President, Hotel Operations.
Daniel brings more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality and a proven track record in operational roles across front office, concierge, housekeeping, and night management.
Daniel joined Atlantis, The Palm in the year 2019, where he grew in ranks over seven consecutive years, and led front office upselling results, while establishing new operational standards and elevating service culture across the resort.
In his current role, he oversees the Rooms Division with a strong emphasis on personalisation, operational excellence, and service culture transformation.
