ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts has announced the addition of The Hoften – Enkay Residency, DLF Galleria, Gurugram, to its portfolio. The signing marks the fourth property under The Hoften brand in Gurugram, further strengthening ALIVAA’s presence in the city.

The property will operate under The Hoften brand, which focuses on efficient layouts, practical amenities, and locations aligned with business districts. The brand is positioned to serve corporate travellers and long-stay guests seeking functional design and streamlined services.

With this addition, ALIVAA now operates one ALIVAA-branded hotel and four The Hoften properties in Gurugram, reflecting its ongoing focus on the market.

Akash Bhatia, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business, ALIVAA Hotels & Resorts, said the property aligns with the group’s mid-market expansion plans and its focus on meeting corporate travel demand in Gurugram.
