Star Air Resumes Solapur Services Between Mumbai and Solapur

Star Air will resume scheduled commercial flights between Solapur (SSE) and Mumbai (BOM) from 1 August 2026, restoring direct air connectivity to one of southern Maharashtra’s key commercial and cultural centres.

Solapur serves as the gateway to the pilgrimage destinations of Akkalkot, Pandharpur and Tuljapur, making the route important for both tourism and regional travel. To mark the resumption of services, Star Air is offering limited-period introductory fares starting from ₹2,799.

The reinstated route will provide a quicker alternative to road and rail travel, with a flight time of just over one hour. The service is expected to support business travel, tourism and regional connectivity while offering greater convenience for passengers travelling between Mumbai and Solapur.

Flight Schedule Effective 1 August 2026
