Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia Appoints Stephanie Schweppe as Spa Director

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia has appointed Stephanie Schweppe as Spa Director. In her new role, she will oversee spa operations, guest experience and wellness programming at the resort’s Joya Spa.

Stephanie brings close to 30 years of experience in spa management and luxury hospitality. Over the course of her career, she has led spa operations, developed wellness programs and managed large teams across resort and standalone spa environments. Her work has included overseeing day-to-day operations, budgeting, staff training, service standards and guest engagement initiatives.

She has held leadership positions with organisations such as Bliss Spa and Steiner Leisure, where she was involved in multi-property spa management, brand standards implementation and operational planning. At Talking Stick Resort, she managed spa operations, focusing on service delivery, team development and enhancing guest experience.

In addition to these roles, Stephanie has worked with several resorts and hotels across Arizona, contributing to spa openings, repositioning projects and the development of wellness-focused programming tailored to local and destination guests.

In her new role at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Joya Spa, Stephanie will be responsible for managing the resort’s wellness facility, including treatment offerings, guest services and program development, while supporting the property’s overall spa operations.
