Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata and Ozone Convention Center have appointed Chef Ganesh Singh Bisht as Executive Chef. In his new role, he will oversee culinary operations across the hotel and convention centre, including restaurants, banquets, and catering.

Chef Bisht brings experience in hotel kitchen operations and menu development, with a focus on delivering consistent dining offerings. He has been associated with Marriott International for over a decade, holding multiple culinary roles across its portfolio.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Executive Chef in Thimphu, Bhutan. His earlier roles include Executive Sous Chef with Marriott Hotels and Chef De Cuisine at JW Marriott Hotel Kolkata. He has also worked as Junior Sous Chef and Chef De Partie in India.

In his current position, Chef Bisht will be responsible for managing kitchen teams, planning menus, and supporting food and beverage operations at both properties.
