Shangri-La Eros New Delhi Strengthens Leadership with Key Appointments

Shangri-La Eros New Delhi has announced the appointment of Peeyush Bhushan as Director of Food & Beverage Service and Dr. Kushal Kumar Bachani as Director of Wellness, reinforcing its leadership across guest experience functions.

Peeyush Bhushan – Director of Food & Beverage Service

Peeyush Bhushan brings over 15 years of experience in food and beverage operations, having worked with leading global hospitality brands. He holds a certification in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a graduate of M.S. Ramaiah College of Hotel Management.

In his new role, Bhushan will oversee all F&B service operations at the hotel, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and elevating overall guest experience.

Dr. Kushal Kumar Bachani – Director of Wellness

Dr. Kushal Kumar Bachani joins with over 16 years of experience in the spa and wellness sector. His career includes associations with Marriott International, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Sheraton Grand Resort & Spa, and The Lodhi.

Prior to this, he served as Director of Spa at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and has also worked as a Wellness Consultant at Arogya Kendra Nature Cure Centre in Bhopal.

At Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, he will lead wellness operations and programmes, aligning them with the hotel’s focus on luxury hospitality and holistic guest wellbeing.

These appointments reflect the hotel’s continued emphasis on delivering elevated guest experiences through strong leadership in both dining and wellness, two key pillars of modern luxury hospitality.
